Show Two 2007
Siberia Film Nights Show Two screening was held Saturday 29th September 2007 at the former Siberia Project Space in Hackney, London. The evening was well attended and showcased a diverse range of contemporary work form Jose Filipe Costa’s short film ‘Domingo’, relating to the psychological aftermath of post Salazar regime in Portugal to 'Manderley' Francis Lamb’s obscure and intriguing film using found footage, where he investigates the ‘generic representation of space specific to film’. Artists Vanda Playford and Tereza Buskova videos are interpretations of both mental and filmic spaces that engaged audiences by there miscellaneous ritualistic performances.Video Artists:

Show One 2007
The first Siberia Film Night screening was held in conjunction with the opening of the ‘Gone Tomorrow Gallery’ December 2007. The launch was an amazing success with a huge turn out from artists to members of the public. After the evening screening we had a fantastic Christmas Party with lots social networking over a glass of bubbly or two. The video screening was eclectic with everything from digital stop motion animation, 16mm hand rendered animation, digital video and classic super 8 films at the Siberia project space in London.
